The location at the 1st line of the beach (view of the beach).Close to markets,restaurant,highways and the marina of benalmadena.The parking is perfect and spacious.Very nice pool. According to what we dont like: only a stay of 3-4 nights should be enough.
Kitchen equipment/amenities is awful and dirty. The bedroom is uncomfortable and the bedding is dirty. The sofa was uncomfortable and dort. A deep clean up for sofa and bed is needed. Description of the terrase is incorrect and it is a balcony instead. The A/C was leaking at the end of at our stay and it was impossible to fix it because of the week-end. All the kitchen amenities/equipement and towels has to be changed becuse it is not up to the price of our stay.

Have stayed here on a number of occasions and love coming back.. unfortunately there is a new building in progress and this time the view is limited and a lot of early morning noise.
Love the apartment and there is nothing to not like about it

Appartement bien situé. Confortable, propre. Nous n’avons manqué de rien.
La vue ne correspondait pas à ce qu’on voyait sur les photos. Un gros immeuble en construction obstrue la vue du côté de la mer. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse à cause de bruit fait par les ouvriers de 8 h le matin jusqu’au coucher du soleil. Nous aurions dû être informés à l’avance des travaux.
