The staff are all friendly and the room was so comfortable. I enjoyed having the Alexa in my room , Netflix and other streaming shows and aircon was really good quality . You also received some benefits like 15min free massage, discounts on food and experiences.
Nothing really , it’s just down a slightly dark ally to get to it but there is always staff outside

Beautiful property, peaceful surroundings, stunning design, and excellent hospitality. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully done.
Honestly, nothing. Everything was great.

As someone who often doesn’t leave reviews, I’m actually taking time to review this stunning resort! We couldn’t have wished for a better introduction to Bali. We stayed in a villa and had our own little pool. But the gem of this property is their staff! Stunning people with the hospitality skills of a 7 star hotel. They were attentive and so helpful! We thoroughly enjoy our stay. Breakfast is amazing too. Thanks, Nori!
Nothing- best stay ever.
