It is a basement of the building adapted for an apartment, not solely intended for rental purposes, so it is very well equipped. The facilities are not new but it was a high-end equipment a few years ago. The internet connection were good.
The apartment is a bit claustrophobic, with low ceilings and small or no windows. In a few places you have to be careful not to hit your head on a beam.
