Location. A stones throw away from Lviv opera. Ground level with access from a secure inner courtyard means no lugging of cases up stairs, thick walls and quiet, day and night.
Relative to other apartments in Ukraine - Rather worn - could do with some attention to detail eg the bin lid kept falling off. Replacing the bin is no big expense. No coffee machine. Toilet had a bad smell in the morning, but this may be a city wide problem.
