Близько до центру. Якщо це єдиний критерій - то житло підходить. Також є пралка і сушильна машина, але вони потребують догляду, бо одяг пахне погано після них.
Квартира потребує генерального прибирання. Ліжко дуже маленьке для двох людей. Дуже шумний холодильник. Немає доступного паркування, воно платне і немає вільних місць.

Не далеко від центру, все в пішохідній доступності, сама квартира чиста та затишна, ж все потрібне для проживання. Дуже любʼязний персонал
Щоб пройти до самого будинку немає асфальту, тільки його давні залишки і грязюка, бо стара забудова не надто доглянута, але це є проблемою тільки в дощові дні , в цілому все супер і це ніяк не спотворило враження про чудове помешкання

Вже вдруге зупиняємося саме в цьому помешканні. Чисто, тепло, є все необхідне. Чудове розташування, близько до вокзалу та до центру міста. Господар завжди на зв'язку та оперативно вирішує всі питання. Всім рекомендую.
