Friendly, welcoming staff. unfortunately we know no French other than greetings and thank yous so it was difficult for us to communicate however they immediately accommodated for us by handing us maps of common areas and helped us settle in. Private sunbeds, chairs and table was an added bonus which we used gratefully as the pool was sadly closed during our stay. I was able to contact a member of staff who understood English to communicate if there was any issues which was handled quickly and professionally. Any issues were solved within the hour. Very impressed.
During our stay, the electric went out twice but was resolved almost immediately once they were notified. Not much atmosphere, which I think was mainly due to the time we decided to stay, I believe they must attract more people during summer or school holidays.
