3 minutes walk from the beach, 2 minutes from the port and the center of shops.
Free Wifi available.
NO PRIVATE PARKING. Possibility of parking in the streets and car parks nearby.
Description of the studio n ° 3:
- 31 m2 (including 15m2 of mezzanine)
- privative terrace of 8 m2, perfect to eat to 4 people,
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils ...),
- Numerous storage,
- Bathroom with separate WC,
- 2 beds 140 on mezzanine,
- Board and iron,
- 82cm flat screen TV.
Cleaning is to be done by the tenant before departure, no cleaning fee included in the price.
A check of 500 € deposit will be given when you arrive in the studio. This check will not be cashed and will be returned upon departure if no damage is found.
Sheets, pillowcases and towels not provided.

Nous sommes arrivés à peine en avance on a téléphoné à la propriétaire elle est venue tout de suite, nous a remis les clés et voilà. Tout s’est bien passé.
La propriétaire est une personne très aimable.

Location idéalement située (proche Centre ville et plage), très fonctionnelle et une propriétaire très accueillante et disponible.
Nous étions 4 personnes dont 2 enfants de 3 et 7 ans. Je recommande fortement le studio 3 !
