The home was clean, was well stocked and the host was great about communicating. There were all the kitchen items that we needed. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our small group. The porch looked nice, but it was too hot to really enjoy.
It was further from McCrae's than I thought, which is where we left from daily. Wasn't a big deal though only a few extra minutes.

The price and that it had a dock for our boat.
Nothing specific other than the house is very outdated. Also, it was difficult for our tri-toon to get out of Mason Creek area because of the oyster beds. Luckily we met a local that helped guide us and give us tips to navigate.

Great location I love being able to put my boat in at the dock
both toilets would not quit running, and the fridge would not get real cold
