It's cute retro style, close to shops restaurants
Easy access to gain key, good communication with host
There were a few issues, the toilet door came off it's runner and the power was a bit dodgy in the kitchen with appliances. We did report these issues

Location, private, sunny, character, history
Not clean enough(we needed to wash cutlery and frypans before using them, cobwebs, carpet not vacuumed properly- hair tufts, dust especially behind furniture), sink plug needs replaced, outdoor plastic chairs need replaced (dangerous to sit on)
