Location, lots of space, very nice kitchen facilities.

Overall good / The sheets were good quality / Bed was comfortable / Kitchen utensils were nice new / Towels & Bathrooms good
The spare TV room upstairs had old dusty furniture & did not have a nice vibe at all. Outdoor space was full of cobwebs including an old leather lounge. We thought it strange to have the clothes dryer right out the front door. There was stale bread was left in the pantry & other items should have used by dates checked.
