Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und beantwortete offene Fragen. Mein Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer waren mit einer internen Treppe getrennt. Im EG war die Küche und ein großer Tisch wie auch die Vorbereitung für das Frühstück. Alles war sauber und ansprechend ausgestattet.
Was mir, durch die fehlenden Englischkenntnisse der Vermieterin, nicht bewusst war, war die Tatsache, dass ich in der Wohnung nicht alleine war. Plötzlich ging spätabends die Türe auf und eine fremde Frau stand im Eingangsbereich. Wir konnten uns aber verständigen und so erfuhr ich, dass es noch weitere Zimmer im EG gab und der Küchen- bzw. Tischbereich als Gemeinschaftsräume angedacht waren. Das war absolut in Ordnung, aber dadurch, dass ich ab Ankunft alleine war und das Konzept nicht nachvollziehen konnte, war ich überrascht.
