nice neighbourhood (Russian dominated, but other nationalities like UKR, EST, Poland are represented). Refrigerator+washing machine is working fine.
Check-In procedure not transparent from the beginning. Only after finishing the booking procedure I was informed that the Check-IN and Check-Out is without a real person. I have got a video and a lot of instructions how to access the Apt. The agent which is handling this, need to communicate in a more transparent manner. When I tried to call the agent on his phone, nobody picked-up the phone. Communication was only possible via SMS and/or WhatsApp. The TV-channels are very poor, only local spanish and radio programs. In the bath rooms there are no „hangers“ for the small and big towels !
