La ubicación, las piscinas, y que tenía bastante menaje y la terraza grande en la que se podía comer y cenar
El sofá estaba medio roto, nada cómodo. El piso se nota que es antiguo, con alguna mejora en gadgets del mismo mejoraría muchísimo
