The location of this apartment is excellent! It is literally right across the street from the bus station so it couldn't have been more convenient as my friend and I arrived on the bus from Madrid. (And although it is near the bus station, since the apartment is on a higher floor and on the back side of the building, even with the windows open all night, it was quiet.) The apartment is a very short walk to the Arco de Santa María and the historic area of town. Cafes, restaurants, museums, and the cathedral are literally just minutes away! Communication with the property owner was excellent as well. Oscar checked in with us periodically before our arrival, responded very quickly to remotely grant us access to the building when we first arrived, and was very responsive to any questions we had once we were in the apartment. The instructions for accessing the apartment once we were in the building we very clear and accurate. The apartment itself was amazing! It was bright, clean, and airy, and it had all the supplies we needed to feel right at home.

The only downside to this apartment was the lack of air conditioning as we were there in the middle of August during unseasonably warm weather, but that wasn't even too bad - we simply opened the windows at night and used the provided fan for air circulation and closed everything up during the day.

Es un apartamento muy bien amueblado y muy comodo. Nos alojamos 6 personas y con los 2 baños nos facilito mucho la estancia. El menaje es muy completo. Las camas y la ropa de cama son buenas. Lo unico el sofa y el suelo crujen un poco. El apartamento estaba preparado y pudimos entrar por la mañana. La ubicacion es excelente. Volveria a reservarlo en una futura visita a Burgos.
