Apartamentos Turísticos Pueri Cantores

Clean, comfortable and convenient to the Camino. Even had a washing machine.

Only had a tiny drying rack for clothes.

At another hotel, it was explained how to locate and unlock the room in a nearby building. It was centrally located, near the cathedral.

Very well located across from the cathedral next to the main gate and a good shopping area. Comfortable

It wasn't clear enough that the reception was 500m from the accommodation that we had just walked past earlier in the day. Given that we had walked 27km that day and that the temperature was 35C it was annoying. The host did not respond to me when I asked how to dry clothes. There was a washing machine but no dryer! I fashioned a clothes line between the chairs, so not a big deal but would have appreciated a response.

Excellent location in the center of Burgos.

The room looked quite different from the one on the photos and was smelly when we arrived. There was no one at the reception, so to check in, we had to go to another hotel 300 m away where they took our credit card despite the room being fully prepaid. I believe it's in violation of Booking.com policies as the payments should be handled through Booking. I doubt they have a secure system of storing credit-card information. In the morning, long before the check-out time, some random woman thought it's a good idea to just open the door and enter our apartment.
