الشقه ممتازه جدا، نظيفه وفيها مطبخ به ميكروويف وبوتاجاز غاز طبيعي وثلاجه وفلتر ماء الغرفتين بهما تكييف، غرفه فيها سرير فردين، وغرفه فيها ٢ سرير فردي يوجد صاله كبيره بهما ٢ اريكه ممكن تحويلهم الي سرير وتلفزيون كبير وانترنت متوفر يوجد حمام به سخان غاز طبيعي للإستحمام الموقع ممتاز جدا، البلكونه تطل على البحر مباشرة وامامها جليم باي المنطقه فيها كل الخدمات، مواصلات ٢٤ ساعه، سوبر ماركت، مسجد أمام مدخل العماره، مطاعم مدخل العماره نظيف جدا ويوجد كاميرات مراقبة في المدخل أمن العماره متعاون جدا واذا سألتهم عن شي يتجاوبوا معك واذا ما معك شفرة المصعد يساعدوك في استخدام المصعد صاحبة الشقه، الحاجه مها، رائعه وقمة في الأخلاق والذوق والتقدير، اتمنى لها الصحه والعافيه، الله يبارك لها في مالها كنا مسافرين خايفين من الزياره ولكن بفضل الله قضينا اجازه ممتعه جدا، بإذن الله نعاود الزياره الي الاسكندريه

The place was clean and I like the balcony and the view from the balcony

Unfortunately, I didn’t get what I booked. I get different apartment. I booked something and I get something different. It’s different place and different apartment , To be honest, she offered me to cancel and refund, but when I have been there with family, I didn’t have time or energy to looking for a new apartment so I took what she offered me, this was not a good communication or administration because she had to tell me that the apartment and building is under construction before couple of days of my arriving, not in the same day. she gave me an apartment with the same price, but this apartment is worth less money than what I booked. Additionally, we had one day without Internet because she forget to pay the bills. Extra there is no soap or shampoo or cleaning stuff this is an apartment. It has to be this basic stuff.
