Supersiisti, toimivapohjainen ja kohtuuhintainen asunto hyvällä paikalla. Viestittely omistajan kanssa sujui todella hyvin, ohjeet olivat selkeät ja sisäänkirjautuminen oli joustavaa.

Suuri mukava kaksio Poleenin lähellä, kiva sisustus, mukava sänky ja sohva ja ystävällinen emäntä. Kaunis parveke, ja sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui helposti numerolukon avulla. Hesburger jne. myös lähellä. Rauhallinen talo.
Vessan kansi puuttui ja petivaatteet tuoksui lievästi homeelle (asunto ei), kolmas kerros ilman hissiä (ei ollut meille ongelmaa). Savontie on juuri nyt kuin perunapelto, eli kannattaa tulla Koulukadun kautta, jos kävelee.

Siivous ja liinavaatteet eivät kuulu majoituksen hintaan. Ne saa lisämaksusta tai täytyy itse siivota, mikä on ylimääräistä vaivaa reissulla. Huoneisto on parhaat päivänsä jo nähnyt.
