Saunallinen yksiö järvinäköalalla keskustassa

Huoneiston sijainti todella hyvä, palvelut lähellä ja parkkipaikka lähellä huoneistoa. Huoneistossa oleva sauna oli hieno plussa, ja yleisilmeeltään huoneisto oli siisti.

Yöllä naapurustosta kuului meteliä noin 4 aikaan, mutta tämä lienee "normaalia" kerrostalossa. Parveke olisi ollut mukava lisä. Hissin puuttuminen saattaa olla joillekin haitta, mutta toki toiseen kerrokseen melko vaivatonta kulkea.

Hyvä sijainti. Siisti ja viihtyisä huoneisto.

Kylpyhuone oli vähän kulunut. Heikohko ilmanvaihto.

Siisti, kaikki mitä tarvitsee ja hyvällä sijainnilla.

It was ideally located for my visit, within walking distance of family living in the area that I was there to visiting. Nice view of the lake especially at sunset. And given the proximity to a main busy road there was remarkably little traffic noise disturbance at night.

There are things that could have been better and which would have resulted in me giving a higher rating. I was given the wrong lock box code in the first instance which would have been a problem if the owner had not been available to access the lock box for me. The shower rail to attach the shower head to was broken off the wall so it required being hand held every time I showered, also no shower curtain. There was a stain on the edge of the bathroom sink which was not difficult to get off so that had not been cleaned very well. Crumbs under the toaster and in the cupboard where the bins were, again not cleaned very well. No ceiling light in the kitchen area. All these are things that should be addressed before anyone else stays.
