"I visited Venice many-many times, always trying to stay in Dorsoduro, as I like this disctrict (sestrieri). This time I was alone and the accomodation was very nice - very near to Santa Margharita squ..."

Valentina was a wonderful host who provided clear directions before our arrival, making the apartment very easy to find, along with plenty of useful recommendations for restaurants, activities, and getting around the city. She was also very responsive whenever we contacted her.
There were a couple of maintenance issues that could have been handled better. Having only one remote control for the three air-conditioning units was inconvenient. More importantly, when I reported that one of the AC units was not working properly, the issue was unfortunately not addressed. During a heat wave, I believe concerns like this should be taken seriously. With a little more attention to guests' concerns, this would easily be a 10/10 property.

Zona tranquilla e molto autentica. Staff sempre disponibile telefonicamente o via chat. Sicuramente da consigliare!
