Watch out! Late check in surprise charges!
Wouldn’t recommend. From the moment the payment was charged, we were contacted and given the information that we would have to pay extra if checking in late (6-8 pm 50€, 8-10 pm 100€). Despite my surprise as there was no information about this when we booked, they were clear that even in case of an unforeseen event resulting in us arriving after 10pm, no one would be there to hand us the keys, so we would have no place to stay. That was extremely stressful as we were flying to Milan followed by a 2 hours drive, and we never know, the time was really tight… The agency I was in contact with refused to share a WhatsApp location, and we had to figure out where to meet with the person. Very unsettling and unhelpful! The apartment was one of the smallest I’ve seen, but ok, not a big deal. Location was great.
