Location, bedroom sizes, deck and good size kitchen.

Gas fireplace was not operable. No snow plowing after snow storm. Cars were left at top of the hill for 3 days waiting for plowing that never arrived. Walking up the hill was dangerous (ice) and all our shoes got wet and dirty.
