I loved that we were on the pool level with only a short walk to the beach. The large patio and pool area were very nice and clean. There were plenty of amenities and we had everything we needed.

Upon arrival, I received notification that the shower doors in the main bath were off the track and you were trying to find someone to fix them. Noone did during our stay. Then we had an issue with the toilet overflowing with some kind of cleaning product. There was an inch of sudsy water on the floor and in the hallway. I had to use the bath towels to sop it all up. When I reported the issue, I requested to ne notified when the plumbetr arrived. I was not. The stove only had one working burner and it did not sit level. The condo was mostly clean but there was something splattered on the front of the refrigerator and the top was fairly dusty.

Location and value. The building is well maintained. Amenities, stores and food nearby and the beach view. My family has a good holiday week.

The staff thought my son was trespassing and called the cops on him when he was simply going to his truck. The deck furniture was well used and the beds might need new mattresses parking for a multi vehicle family was a challenge
