It was very clean and quiet. Very well equipped even with a lot of spices. It was a great location to explore the ocean and parts of the Olympic Peninsula.
The neighborhood is quite low income but we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. I walked around a lot and felt very safe.

Yard could have been better maintained. Needs better and more variety of pots,pans and utensils. Things like measuring spoons and cups.
