The views are spectacular, the facilities in the house are great. Very handy having a washing machine and the airer. Carvoeiro is a brilliant place for families. So close to Town and shops. Very good communication from Gianny.
Im struggling to find something....The only potential issues would be Due to its position on the top of the hill it wouldn't be suitable for people who dont like hills or struggle with walking unless you had a car or used Taxi/uber.

Location amazing - nice view and walkable to downtown. Nice and quiet - other guests were respectful of privacy.
While communicating with Gianny worked very well through WhatsApp, the communication via email did not work very well. Each party had difficulty opening emails and links.

We had such a great stay here. Gianny, our host was so helpful and responded so quickly to any questions I had. The apartment was so clean and very spacious. It is such a great location; you are so close to the beach and all the restaurants and had amazing views. It really exceeded our expectations.
My only complaint was that we had our toddler with us so we were provided with a travel cot & high chair (free of charge) which was great, however the matress for the cot did not fit it properly (it was too small) so it left gaps on either side of the cot. It was probably an old mattress as it was very soft. My son sunk in it when he slept. I felt bad for him as he didn't look comfortable.
