Beyond expectations, every time

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was comfortable during the power outage caused by the heavy storm. We were given a beautiful room and even served dinner, despite the challenging circumstances at that moment. This was not our first time staying at the hotel and every visit leaves us impressed by the unique atmosphere, the outstanding quality of the food (special compliments to the chef) and the impeccable cleanliness.

Great place, great owner, located in best part of Bitola; in the mountains with fresh air and great view and only a 2 minute drive to center of city. Highly recommended.

Nice stay for a night

We needed the hotel for 1 night. Very large room, nicely furnished. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a buffet with basic dishes.

Everything was good except for the beds. We are a family with 2 teenagers. We had a room with a king size bed which was uncomfortable. Every vibration was felt by another person. The two teenagers slept on two pull-out beds. Also uncomfortable, I guess they are not meant for sleeping.

Not my first stay here, great stay as always, affordable and close to the Pelister NP and ski center

Breakfast was very solid, but quite standard, nothing fancy. Rooms are clean with nice bathrooms. Not too many fancy features there as well, but all essentials are present. The location of the hotel is great, the view is great, especially recommended in warmer months. The staff is exceptionally pleasant.

the height of the mountain and the clean air, private parking that's fine

dirty, no staff to work with, overpriced for what it is and how it looks, food 5/10, no air conditioning to cool and at night it's dark, stuffy and smelly

The hotel is at the beginning of National park Pelister, has a great garden and view from there. Rooms are comfortable, plenty of place to store your luggage. Our room had a huge terrace too. The restaurant was delicious, they stay late for my friends to arrive before closing the kitchen in the restaurant. The owner is nice and smiley. Great value for the money, I recommend it.

Bad

When we arrived there wasn't any electricity. When we went to the room there wasn't any water and then no hot water. The staff was rude, without apologizing for the problems. We reserve a room with french bed and we got two single beds. The pillows were not good and the beds was short. Food was average, nothing special. Wifi in room was poor. I do not recommend.

Very peaceful relaxing and healing

This is another wonderful idiosyncratic unique opulent independently owned macedonian hotel with a fine restaurant outside and bar but it up in the hills 6 miles from Bitola in the small village of Tvorno. I liked the village of Tvorno and the village up from it towards the national Pellister forest of the baba or grandmother mountains which was wonderful and pleasant and gentle hiking while getting high up in the mountains. I liked the atmosphere of this hotel a lot and found these mountain villages more sympathetic than the little cities and the animal noises of sheep's and goats and occasionally horses and dogs howling at night all was very nice. The country side foothills and old structures very special and beautiful

I just wish as the only country allowing tourists on just a passport there had been more fellow travelers.
