It's complicated. Vittoria the owner/host was delightful and responsive. The 'hotel' is a converted unmarked warehouse with a chain-link gate. The rooms are in the warehouse are nice, but windowless. It is in a very difficult location, adjacent to a busy highway, almost impossible to get to by walking. I tried to walk there the first evening. My Apple Maps/Google Maps said no walking-route guidance was possible. The Maps screen led me to an empty lot near a hospital. There was no sight of the hotel. I got lost and ended up walking to the hospital for help. The guards there tried. They called 2 taxi companies but the drivers refused to come. One of the guards eventually called her boyfriend (also a hospital employee) who picked me up in his own car and managed to find the place. I tried again the next day to walk to the hotel from Brindisi centre, along Via Appia. Again, almost impossible. I ended up walking along the busy highway, climbing over barriers and through a field. The hotel isn't easy to identify even in daylight. Once I found it at 6 pm, I didn't feel I could go out for the evening for fear of losing my way getting back. I think there should be a warning on Booking.com about the seriously problematic accessibility, with clear instructions, including a warning that a car or taxi is necessary, walking to the place is not an option.
