Comfortable, modernized apartment perfect for seniors.

Thoughtfully complete for visitors. Big fridge, shower and most importantly very comfortable beds with soft bedding. Mini split did a great job keeping us cool. We liked the cozy, low key decor and the ease of checking in and out. As seniors, we appreciated not having stairs to handle. We’ll be back.

Would not stay here again

The location was close to where I needed to be. Wifi worked

The remodel is done mostly with whatever was in the clearance aisle at Target. Looks nice in photos and isn't horrible, but for example all of the shower and faucet fixtures are cheap imports and the finish is peeling off of them. The entrance to the apartment is a common area and is disgusting (see photo). Doesn't make you feel very safe when you enter at night. Also it's in a very noisy area so hard to get good sleep.

Cozy apartment with everything I needed.

The rooster that crows all night, 130am, 330an, 5am, 630am made it very hard to get a good night sleep. The one bedroom was near entry door of building and every time someone comes in/out of door they slam it. Very hard to sleep through that.

Didn’t love the area - not actually Glendale or Atwater - advertising alittle bit misleading it is really Glassell Park . Not a great neighbourhood .

Great location and stay

The location was great, the accommodations were above what was expected and comfortable.

Parking - I have a full size pick-up. There was not enough parking at the complex and the my truck had a very hard time getting in and out of the narrow drive way that was between the building and the wall next door.

Good price, suitable for group, nice & clean flat, bad neighborhood

The flat was nice, clean, and spacious. We liked the backyard parking space where we could leave our car and RV. We didn't have a problem with noise and during our stay the neighborhood was quiet. Only the rooster in the morning was quite annoying. The communication with the host was really good - they replied immediately and very fast.

Smell - the smell in the corridor and the entrance of the house was bad Laundry - we expected the washing machine and dryer in the flat - but it was placed in the cellar and it wasn't that much maintained -scary at night Neighborhood - it was really questionable. The house across the parking lot at the backyard was strange and one time we saw someone in the window that did extraordinary things there.

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location. Gated carpark made you feel safe and secure. The apartment itself had everything you would need during your stay. Check in and out was very easy. They host was extremely helpful and very quickly responded to any queries.

Could rest comfortably and cheaply

The shower is one the best you could get for this price. A lot of utilities came packaged so staying here is ideal on saving money as you could cook, clean pretty comfortably.

The entrance could be carpet cleaned a little bit but besides that everything else was amazing

I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

The property looks just like the pictures.

There wasn’t enough toilet paper or sets of towels for the amount of guest. When I requested toilet paper I was told it was too late and the staff was off for the day and they would get some the following day. Unfortunately they never came. There were spiders in the bathroom. The sheets had hairs on them and the pillow case had a stain. You could tell that the sheets hadn’t been washed and the cover was just thrown on top. There is also a rooster that is next to the property that makes a lot of noise early im the am. I’m not sure if there is a bat near by but they play extremely loud music until 2am. There were also someone doing some sort of fireworks near the property. The neighborhood is okay there are a lot of bars and gates on windows and doors. The area rug in one of the bedrooms was very dirty. The comforters are the same on the picture I’m not sure if they change them.

Amazing

The apartment is very nice. The instructions to enter are very clear and easy to follow. It is in perfect condition, very clean and beautifully decorated. it's better than the photos. the rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable, it also has many amenities, we did not need anything extra during our stay. The host is very friendly and is always available in case something is needed. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Los Angeles.

Met our needs outside of the stuff the landlord couldn't control.

Roomy enough, decent kitchen, comfortable, excellent shower, safe parking lot, good location for stuff we were doing in Glendale.

Not enough silverware. Not on the landlord: OMG that rooster needs to be baked at 325 degrees for 45 minutes in a nice lemon sauce. Not kidding: It was merciless, and if a customer is annoyed at 4 am (in June) by cockadoodle-dos every 11 seconds (I timed it), stay elsewhere. Also, not on the landlord: Some jerk was setting off horribly loud firecrackers either side of midnight.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely spacious, clean and bright apartment with everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The location felt safe and it was great that there’s a gated car park to keep your car. The host shared really clear instructions on how to get in and information required during our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and elevated yet still very homey apartment in Glendale!

Loved everything about it, pictures seem too real to be true but they are actually true! Everything was comfortable, check-in was smooth, information was available and all queries were answered quickly.

Nothing really, I loved everything! The laundry was a challenge at first but someone came to help us navigate it. Once we got the hang of it, it worked out fine.

The decor and amenities where excellent very cozy. Very modern.

The neighborhood it's self did not have a lot street parking but the host was able to accommodate us after we ask if we could park our second car inside the lot. Our first night was not good we could not sleep because a house party down the block had a full band playing until 1 o'clock in the morning if that was not enough they continue the after party with a loud speaker all night long till morning time.

we were locked out of the property due to a door being locked with no key for that door. The shower also didn’t drain, so when showering hairs and stuff would float up out of the drain making it feel like the shower was not clean.
