Nice place to stay for holiday

Close to Caltrate and public transport. Safe place. Hot spa, swimming pool and gym are all in good condition.

Level 3 car park door to the apartment wasn’t locked all times.

The Benton

Great location, centrally located. The apartment was clean and spacious.

We were looking forward to making breakfast, but the stove didn't work. The sofa bed opened at an incline, so my guests had to sleep slanted. The parking was a bit inconvenient with a lot of steps; codes for the elevator, the doorway, and electronically getting in the apartment. Overall, it was fine.

Location was great and it was very clean. The staff that we spoke with was very helpful for an early check in.

The pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable and all of the pillows were very uncomfortable as well.

Cool, Modern Apartment Building Near SCU

location near the University of Santa Clara; large bathroom with night lighting; large walk-in closet; full size stacked washer and dryer; spacious and fully equipped kitchen; balcony with table and chairs; sleep sounds machine; kitchen table plus kitchen counter seating; rooftop pool; responsive management personnel; quiet building; black iron fixtures.

bathtub needs a mat to stop slipping in the tub and also needs a grab bar in the bathtub/shower unit (after all, the unit appears to be ADA compliant as far as floor plan and door widths go). also, the mattresses were a little stiff.

Comfortable apartment for a work trip

I chose this apartment for the location - close to SJC airport and my office. But it really exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very spacious and new. The bed was comfortable. Great fast wifi too. The self check-in process was nice.

Exceptional

We had a fantastic stay at this Kasa apartment. The building is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. The pool and gym were on par with a resort. The self check-in was quick and easy thanks to the detailed directions. Our apartment had plenty of space and all the kitchen equipment we needed like dishes, coffee, and pots/pans. Beds were very comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure.
