The location is perfect for walking everywhere in Whitby. Close to the steps to the Abbey, the harbour and many little shops and restaurants. It was just the right size for our group of 4. Beautifully and carefully furnished with good taste. Arrived to a lovely welcome basket too.
The view from the front window is towards the inner harbour, but right in front is a car park… not a busy one, but part of the view, which might not be to everyone's liking.
The downstairs bedroom window is right next to where the bins are stored, which is a shame. Some windowsill planters with flowers in them would make that aspect a little nicer.

Loved everything about it! Was in a very good spot, had everything you need and was very clean.

The location was perfect, close to the harbour wall and the best part of town for little shops.
The layout of the property was well-thought out and the first floor lounge had lovely views whilst the kitchen-dining areas with sofa on the ground floor was also a very pleasant space
The booking said it has parking, but the parking is not part of the booking so you have to get lucky and hope for a spot in the public car park across the road, at £7 per 24 hours

Several LED lights out in kitchen /dining space and entrance vestibule
Wifi very poor - dropping out constantly - affected use of the Tv
The range cooker looks impressive but very difficult to use - very frustrating despite using the guide
No outside space
