Very clean. Quiet location on a big park. Hot tub checked daily although we only used it once.
Decking a bit tired. We had a problem with the en-suite plumbing that was not fixed during our stay(over a weekend) but we managed.

It was clean and comfortable, it was well equipped with utensils etc. The hot tub was a welcome bonus.
The bottle of procesco was a nice touch.
It would have been nice to have a couple of Sun loungers, to relax on in the sunshine.
The decking could do with refreshing.
Smart TV would have been nice.

It was lovely , plenty of space , decor lovely, clean , tidy and located excellent
The decking needed a little tlc and sometimes the bathroom at the back smelt of urine
