Did not meet our expectations

The kitchen was well appointed and the bed was relatively comfortable

The apartment is located on a busy street which was not ideal in the warmer weather. It was very difficult to sleep with the windows open so our stay was not very restful. The apartment would have benefitted for a good clean. Couch and decorative pillows were smelly and curtains were torn. Bathroom had no where to hang your towel so some hooks would have been useful. Very difficult to get a carpark near by which meant we parked in a local underground carpark which was very secure however became quite costly.

A good location

There was no parking. My filter was for parking this could be a problem from the booking app. There was parking near for a cost. I felt worried about leaving the car in a potentially unsafe environment. The apartment could have been cleaner.

A very nice place to stay in Annecy

It was close from the old town, the lake, a small supermarket…. The decoration was really nice. It has a washing machine. Everything is well think. We really enjoyed the Pedalo / Pedal boat that was offered by the host.

Because we are near everything, don’t forget if the windows are open we can hear a lot the cars outside but when windows are closed you hear almost nothing. To park we have a disable card but if not I didn’t see free parking places. Only 2 spoons for 4 it’s not enough but we could manage it!

Definitely not a “luxury “ apartment

Great to have a washing machine and the microwave/oven combination was very good The owner of the apartment communicated well and we appreciated the delivery of a fan within 2 hours of making the request

It was very small and extremely hot. When the windows were open there was a lot of noise from the busy road outside. The pillows on the main bed needed replacing and the mattress covers on this bed and the sofa bed needed washing.

fair place but noisy and smaller than it looks

central location. nice bathroom and kitchen

very noisy neighborhood. as it was very hot, we couldn’t sleep when opening the window. photos were a bit over promising as we couldn’t move around the bed and the sofa bed once open. cleanness of the undercover of both beds were questionable and only 2 pillows available which means only for the bed and not for the sofa bed. we also ran out of hot water on day 2.

Da evitare assolutamente

La posizione dell’appartamento, si trova vicino al centro peccato che non ci siamo goduti la vacanza a causa del grave disservizio della struttura.

Abbiamo prenotato la struttura per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 adolescenti). All’arrivo in struttura abbiamo aperto il divano letto dove avrebbero dovuto dormire i ragazzi ma abbiamo trovato il materasso sporco di sangue e un preservativo. Abbiamo contattato immediatamente la struttura che ha chiesto un video via mail, abbiamo inviato quanto richiesto ma non hanno né risposto né sono intervenuti per sistemare. Si tratta di un grave errore e di una mancanza di igiene e di disponibilità a risolvere il problema. Sconsigliamo vivamente di prenotare in questa struttura. I gestori sono assolutamente inesistenti.
