The location was spot-on; and easy walk to the docks, town, the beach, etc. Plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, etc; washing machine and drier worked well - they even provided washing powder and dishwasher tablets (really liked having the dishwasher as I don't really trust previous occupants to wash and dry dishes by hand properly...). Nice big shower on the first floor. We were only two people in a house with three bedrooms (2x queen and 4x bunk beds), but even if the house were 'full', you probably wouldn't feel 'crammed in'. Would go back again with extended family.
Check-in and check-out emails were long, verbose and 'authoritarian' (the agents should try reading their emails on a mobile phone... doesn't happen!), No internet access. Didn't want to even touch the crappy bbq on the back deck, but perhaps that's why it was in such poor condition.

Large spacious house. Good location close to east beach and a reasonable walk to town.
Outside areas not clean enough. Outside chairs, tables and bbq were not usable.
