Beautiful view, excellent location close to everything. Fab bathroom downstairs. Good layout.

Generally great but a few things a little tired/old. A few coffee cups and glasses past their prime and need to be replaced, could really use bathroom heating for winter!

The location was perfect and outdoor area was great. Kitchen was also quite well equipped.

Stairs were narrow and upstairs bathroom was quite small. Also not cleaned very well.

Location

Smaller than I expected,looks like it is overdue for a freshen up,timber floor in terrible condition and made the place feel tied,dinning room chairs are worn out as is the outside dinning setting.
