Location very good. Easy access, clean surrounding area and building.

Maybe the kitchen cabinets, some of the drawers had been removed but not refitted properly onto the runners this may have caused some safety issues had I not noticed.

Ideal location

Lovely peaceful location with comfortable communal seating area and spacious bedrooms. Good parking and town centre is easily accessible.

Rooms were too hot even when heating was turned off. It was unbearable in the largest bedroom and we had to sleep with the patio doors open, which was not ideal. The showers are difficult to operate - perhaps an instruction leaflet could be provided. Also an issue with one of the ensuite toilets becoming blocked on our last evening.

We loved the apartment but the showers and boiler issue may put us off staying there again sadly.

Location, layout of property and parking was great.

The showers were really poor. Not hot and really poor water pressure. Even though a plumber came to fix them they went back to being lukewarm with poor water pressure the next day. The shower in the second ensuite overflowed and bizarrely this happened when we stayed last year also. The plumber did resolve this issue as a piece of plastic was jammed in the drain - could this have been there since last year ? The design of the showers is bizarre and very awkward also - with wet hands it's practically impossible to press the tiny button in and turn turn the on/off control. Looks good but very difficult (and annoying !) to use. The main bedroom was also very warm due to the boiler being in the room - maybe a fan could be supplied ?

Great place to stay, would definitely return.

1. Space - plenty of room for multiple couples which was great. Having multiple bathrooms is also a great addition. 2. Plenty of on-site parking when we stayed which was very handy. 3. Only a 10min walk into the centre of the town, so the location is great and was really quiet too. 4. Good kitchen and cooking facilities available if you need. 5. House had everything you really wanted for a group booking :)

1. House was very warm; the master bedroom was almost like a sauna at night. No window to open neither as it was just patio doors instead? Bit strange to be honest but not the end of the world. 2. Kitchen drawers all practically fell out when pulled out? Not a big deal, more of an observation.

excellent facilities, very clean. details such as dishwasher tablets, laundry tabs etc were available. the location was excellent for St Andrews with everything just a 5 min drive away. The location was peaceful and away from traffic.

these are just things that are to do with the property itself and not the maintenance - main bedroom was warm as it houses the boiler - this was remedied by purchasing a small fan for £30 from the local Morrisons. Water pressure was poor in the en-suite bathroom but I have stayed in hotels where it’s worse! these are the only things I could think of!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, great quiet property and location with parking.

Shower in smaller en-suite was leaking Water flow in showers poor No coffee maker or Coffee plunger Two tea bags for five people. Sachets of instant coffee. No basics such as salt, pepper or cooking oil. No top sheet. The room was very hot and had to sleep on top of duvet.

Clean, new and everything well organised. Parking great. Location ideal. Nice and quiet.

Both showers are little more than a dribble. For such a nice apartment this was very surprising. The bedrooms are incredibly warm even with all heating off and it was only 16 degrees outside. In summer it would be unbearable.

Be bop deluxe apartment

The property was perfect for our group, three couples, good social area and 3 bedrooms, two en-suite the other next to the main bathroom. We also liked that the property was only a short walk to the town centre.

There were some minor issues. It would have been helpful if there was some welcome information that gave some basic information, such as Wi-fi password and some information about how to operate the hive central heating. We did fond a folder with instructions for all appliances, however, a simple guide would have been helpful.

We had a great time at this first class apartment which is in a superb location

The general standard of decoration, furniture and fittings was much higher than the vast majority of holiday let’s I have previously visited. The bedroom sizes were generous, with excellent en suite facilities and the kitchen / lounge area is also very well appointed. The property is located in a quiet, up market, residential area and only a short walk to the town centre, beach and other attractions.

We did have a problem with heating and hot water on our first night. However, when I phoned to report it, the agents sent someone out to us within the hour and he was able to fix the boiler. He also advised us that as a goodwill gesture we would not have to check out at 10am on our last morning. The late check out was gratefully accepted, allowing us to extend our holiday and stay for lunch before leaving for home.

property was very clean, and all the rooms were a good size.

Everything was very good really, my only complaint would be that they should have put the heating on prior to our arrival. it’s underfloor heating and it took about 4hrs before the property was at the correct temperature.
