The location was perfect and the cleanliness of the flat was excellent

The matress and the pillows should be changed. The owner took a lot of time to communicate and handed the keys

L'appartamento è molto luminoso e accogliente, situato in una splendida zona di Atene, proprio dietro il Museo dell'Acropoli. Il bagno è ben organizzato e dotato di una bellissima doccia. Non manca nulla: abbiamo cucinato anche in casa e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un appartamento ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Assolutamente consigliato!

Unico piccolo difetto è il letto e i cuscini un po' scomodi.

The location and the comfort and accessories were upto the mark.

We could not find the keys upon arrival at the property. We had to wait for over 20 minutes before we could contact the host who then came over and received us to take us to another address, Acropolis Sweet House 1, at Veikou 12 Street. He apologised as the communication didn't reach us as we were in flight. But we were accessible by mail, which we didn't receive !!! However, the property at Veikou 12 Street was very good and fully met our expectations and am genuinely satisfied with the place.

No communication was forthcoming about the check in process. The host hung up when called. We arrived at the door and still waited for the host.

The check in process lacked communication. When we arrived we were told we could not stay at this apartment, but were provided another about two blocks away. That apartment did not have any power for several hours, though the elevator and other apartments appeared lit. When checking with the host, no response. Thankfully the power did come one. I am grateful for the alternative apartment, but it was further from the apartment where other guests were staying. I was very worried that by evening my colleague would have no power and we would again be making a move with no help in sight. A broken handle to the sliding door made opening the room for air difficult. If something happens, simply communicate. We all know things can happy out of our control. The lack of communication was most frustrating.
