Ideal location for our weekend away. Everything we needed was available, the Annex was clean and well presented. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The owners sent everything we needed to know and were on hand if we had any further questions.

Everything that you could need was supplied, including extras. Instructions were clear and concise, and everything to a high specification.
An 11am check out would have been appreciated, but didn't detract from the experience.

The location was very good and in the middle of 2 venues we were visiting. The road systems to get around were also very good with little traffic. The village was very quiet & peaceful Nothing to see or do in the village and very little in the way of facilities. 3 x pubs, 1 x Chinese and 1 x Co-op.
Although the property was good value the standard of cleanliness and attention to detsil could be significantly improved. The curtains were of poor quality, worn & missing hooks etc. Kitchen pan drawer was dusty & dirty. The head-board was dusty & obviously not cleaned for a while. Sockets, skirting boards & walls etc were not clean and had evidence of 'old' dust & cobwebs
