The apartment was clean and nice smelled, we enjoyed our stay with the whole family. Arrangements for handing over the keys were also without problems.
Although the apartment was beautifully cleaned, it would probably need to be paint the wals and there were signs of use of the equipment.

The location was perfect as we were visiting our son who lives on the next block. It was minutes from the beach, a few minutes walk to breakfast bars, cafes etc. so much was local to the apartment which meant we didn't need to cook or anything. The shower was excellent with good strong pressure and controllable temperature.
There was very little not to like about the apartment. Even though it was on the sixth floor the lift was very efficient and we were never waiting long for it at all throughout or stay. We had zero negative vibes throughout or stay.
