About this villa rental

A beautiful house, walking distance to the beach and the World Famous Puerto Banus. The villa was built by the owner as he is an architect. The situation of the house is just perfect. The Casino of Puerto Banus is in 10 minutes walking distance, as well as Puerto Banus and the beach (beach and Puerto Banus 15-20 minutes walk). There is a mini market just around the corner. Golf, beach, mountains, everything that you imagine. The house has air-conditioning and heating ( air heating ). It has a large swimming pool, lovely garden and closed parking space for two cars. It’s a fantastic house, you will enjoy it.

We were there for the 2025 Ironman 70.3 World Championships. Our villa was just as beautiful as in the pictures, it was quiet and relaxing which was perfect in our lead up to the race. We were welcomed upon arrival and given our keys and instructions. When someone parked across our driveway blocking us in, the host quickly helped us out, she was very responsive. The kitchen was well appointed and the showers were excellent!!

Everything was perfect for our stay as a family. Rita was the perfect host and responded very quickly to any queries during the check in process. The property is right next to the Real Padel Club of Marbella and less than 10 minutes by car to great golf courses including Los Naranjos. Cab service was very prompt using Uber and less than 10 euros to Puerto Banus marina.

Rita the host was super efficient and friendly. The whole villa was spotlessly clean. It was equipped with everything you could need. The pool though not heated was excellent we all used it every day of our stay. The area was good with shops (2) stocked with everything you could need. There was an Italian restaurant too although we preferred the short stroll to town to eat. Where there were many restaurants of all different cuisines. For the age groups in our party it was excellent. I think for elderly people with mobility issues and toddlers woukd have a problem though. We had a superb time.

Rita was the most wonderful host for her beautiful home. She is so responsive, kind and communicative. We could not have asked for more and she really went the extra mile for us to ensure we had everything we need for a most relaxing holiday. The villa is built in traditional style with true architectural flair and creative style. It is beautifully maintained with attention to detail. The pool is gorgeous, the environment quiet and relaxing and we had all we needed. We have already booked for next year.

This villa is quite exceptional.Beautifully designed with everything you need both inside and outside.My partner and I along with her teenage son and girlfriend had a wonderful week here. Rita, the lovely owner, welcomed us and was very responsive throughout the booking and also made herself available should we need her whilst we were there.We shall certainly be returning!

The villa accommodates a large family with ease and has the added benefit of a lovely self contained basement. It’s just 5 minutes by taxi to Puerto Banus and 15 minutes by taxi to the Old Town. It’s also just a 1 minute walk to Real Club Padel Marbella, a really popular Padel Club with a huge gym. We are a family of six, our children’s ages range from 9 through to 21 and they all loved the villa and the area.

Family of 7 came to Marbella for sun and relaxation, which was made all the better with a spacious, clean and modern villa. Rita was exceptionally helpful and everything went smoothly. Lovely villa in great location. No hire car required. Uber/Taxi to the supermarket was approx 5 each way, and only 20 min walk into town. Fantastic stay.

Villa is great and well equipped. The walk to Puerto Banus marina is about 20 minutes and you can walk alongside the A7 highway which Google Maps doesnt seem to show! Thats probably why a few other people have mentioned its slightly more difficult with young kids. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic time in this villa, everything was as it was in the description and pictures. The communication with Rita was excellent and check in was faultless. The villa itself is charming and exactly what we needed and well equipped and very clean. The location itself was a 5/10 minute uber ride to the main areas of Puerto Banus and Marbella Old Town, there are also x2 shops a couple of minutes from the property on foot. There were 8 of us staying at the villa for part of the duration and there was plenty room as it’s very spacious. The living areas are large too and the pool is very private and a great asset. The villa is also very secure. I would highly recommend this villa. Well done to Rita and her team….

We returned from a week holiday in this property and would highly recommend. The communication is all direct with owner vs an agent which adds something extra. In the build up to flying, Rita was super communicative sending us all the information we needed and local recommendations. She was also super helpful throughout our stay and easily on hand for anything we needed. The property itself is very secure and child friendly. Very comfy and very well equipped with everything you need. While it was too cold for us to use the pool, it's a fantastic pool with an even better outdoor space. The layout of the house is perfect for large families as the basement level is essentially a separate apartment which gives a nice separate space. We would come back.

We enjoyed the proximity to puerto banus but would recommend a car as not easy to walk too . Villa was well equipped and good communication with Manager who looked after us well . Really enjoyed our stay

There were 8 adults celebrating various significant birthdays and we had a really good stay at the villa. Accommodation worked really well for us and we used the BBQ on a few evenings. The pool and garden were pretty good for sunbathing with enough sun beds and the pool a decent size.would definitely stay again as location was pretty good for access to PB with good restaurants/cafes/ bars a 15-20 min walk away.

The property is very beautiful! Lots of areas for the entire family! Central location made it very easy to move around. Our family liked the location and the host was very helpful. Her husband and her met us at check in and showed us around the house, great security and safety features! Parking sometimes is tough with a local gym around the corner. Love the place and would recommend highly staying here again!

This is one beautiful villa, that has everything required by a family or a group of friends for a great Holiday. Although the location was a good 20 minute walk from both the beach or Puerto Banus the taxi service always turned up within 2 minutes and little more than a 5 minute journey. Overall cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We spent two weeks at the turn of September-October. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, smaller but good grocery stores. The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds and their own wardrobes. There are also large spaces both indoors and outdoors. We were mostly at the pool and most of the food was made outside on the grill. Rita is a great host who kept coming back when we had questions. The house was clean and tidy and we also received an additional cleaning after a week where bed linen and towels were also changed to new ones. I can warmly recommend this accommodation.

Rita is a fantastic friendly host, always quick to respond and met us at the Villa to explain everything and show us round. Villas is more like a home than a holiday let. Lots of space and 4 very good sized bedrooms the Master bedroom especially. Basement bedroom almost self contained with a bathroom, dining table and lounge area. 20 minute mainly flat walk to the marina but good restaurants only 10 minutes walk and a pizza restaurant just a 2 minute walk. Uber very quick to pick up if required and not expensive. Easy parking with a gated drive area. Every facility you should need for your stay provided. Recommend NOTO and for something very different try Breathe. Loved our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Lovely villa with great deco and spacious rooms. The basement was a surprise as we were not expecting it to be a mini apartment with lounge and dining areas as well as the bathroom and bedroom. The pool was great and we loved chilling in the garden and patio area. Had a couple of trips to the Carrefour, walk there and Uber back. Padel club was handy for the gym goers and good for takeaways and breakfasts. Uber and Bolt great for getting around as we were a party of 7. Used Solhop for airport transfers. Had a great birthday lunch at the Boho Beach Club. Good communication and info from Rita. Overall a wonderful holiday 😊

From when we booked until we arrived Rita kept in contact and was there to show us around when we got there. The villa is stunning, excellent deco, with 4 really good sized rooms and bathrooms. The pool is a good size and very private, the kids loved it! It's also in a good location, really close to Peurto Banus. Would defnitely recommend it.

Facility we stayed at during our vacation was as good as promised. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. Location is very convenient in terms of reaching Puerto Banus, restaurants and shops-few minutes by taxi. Overall it was a pleasant and memorable stay! Thank you!

Absolutely stunning villa with every facility you could possibly want or need. The pool in particular was fantastic and loved by the whole family. My only slight negative was a lack of local shops and restaurants within a short walking distance . You can walk to Puerto Banus in around 30 minutes but it is not a particularly scenic walk and can be hard going on a very warm day. You can get an Uber though for around 20 euros

Rita and her husband were there to meet us, very friendly and informative about the villa and surrounding areas, the villa is spotless and clean, large enough for 8 adults, the location is great with the padel club next door and a mini supermarket just around the corner, Puerto Banús is 15 minutes walk, Uber taxi very easy to get around. A beautiful villa, very spacious as per the photos, description very accurate. Comfortable beds, good quality bathrooms, lovely outdoor seating area and nice pool. Would definitely recommend. Just make sure to buy water, bread, tea, coffee, bin bags & toilet roll on way.
