About this villa rental
A beautiful house, walking distance to the beach and the World Famous Puerto Banus. The villa was built by the owner as he is an architect. The situation of the house is just perfect. The Casino of Puerto Banus is in 10 minutes walking distance, as well as Puerto Banus and the beach (beach and Puerto Banus 15-20 minutes walk). There is a mini market just around the corner. Golf, beach, mountains, everything that you imagine. The house has air-conditioning and heating ( air heating ). It has a large swimming pool, lovely garden and closed parking space for two cars. It’s a fantastic house, you will enjoy it.

We were there for the 2025 Ironman 70.3 World Championships. Our villa was just as beautiful as in the pictures, it was quiet and relaxing which was perfect in our lead up to the race. We were welcomed upon arrival and given our keys and instructions. When someone parked across our driveway blocking us in, the host quickly helped us out, she was very responsive. The kitchen was well appointed and the showers were excellent!!

Everything was perfect for our stay as a family. Rita was the perfect host and responded very quickly to any queries during the check in process. The property is right next to the Real Padel Club of Marbella and less than 10 minutes by car to great golf courses including Los Naranjos. Cab service was very prompt using Uber and less than 10 euros to Puerto Banus marina.

Rita the host was super efficient and friendly. The whole villa was spotlessly clean. It was equipped with everything you could need. The pool though not heated was excellent we all used it every day of our stay. The area was good with shops (2) stocked with everything you could need. There was an Italian restaurant too although we preferred the short stroll to town to eat. Where there were many restaurants of all different cuisines. For the age groups in our party it was excellent. I think for elderly people with mobility issues and toddlers woukd have a problem though. We had a superb time.

Absolutely stunning villa with every facility you could possibly want or need. The pool in particular was fantastic and loved by the whole family. My only slight negative was a lack of local shops and restaurants within a short walking distance . You can walk to Puerto Banus in around 30 minutes but it is not a particularly scenic walk and can be hard going on a very warm day. You can get an Uber though for around 20 euros
