About this villa rental
A beautiful house, walking distance to the beach and the World Famous Puerto Banus. The villa was built by the owner as he is an architect. The situation of the house is just perfect. The Casino of Puerto Banus is in 10 minutes walking distance, as well as Puerto Banus and the beach (beach and Puerto Banus 15-20 minutes walk). There is a mini market just around the corner. Golf, beach, mountains, everything that you imagine. The house has air-conditioning and heating ( air heating ). It has a large swimming pool, lovely garden and closed parking space for two cars. It’s a fantastic house, you will enjoy it.

Rita is an excellent host. She checked us in and out with no fuss, was very responsive to requests and notified us in advance when the gardiner / pool guy was coming. The villa had everything we needed. Good bedrooms with comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. Outdoor barbecue was very useful.Good mix of indoor and outdoor space for lounging and eating. Plenty of sunbeds. We were particularly grateful for the pool, especially when it got humid as well as hot.Great location. Lovely pizza / pasta nearby and excellent food at the Padel Club across the road. Handy for the main road for access to amenities such as supermarkets and in our case golf. Close to the beach and a short drive to Puerto Banus. Thanks Rita!

The villa was beautiful and clean, Rita was so easy and responsive. The beds and bedding we're lovely and comfortable. The villa was well equipped and luxurious. Just small points, we'd have liked better quality towels and more tea towels, soap, etc to keep the villa tidy.

Absolutely stunning villa with every facility you could possibly want or need. The pool in particular was fantastic and loved by the whole family. My only slight negative was a lack of local shops and restaurants within a short walking distance . You can walk to Puerto Banus in around 30 minutes but it is not a particularly scenic walk and can be hard going on a very warm day. You can get an Uber though for around 20 euros
