Hotel Times

My wife and I have been fortunate to travel a lot, and have experienced so many stays during our travels. I can honestly say that the family running this boutique hotel - Gulya, Shukhrat, and Erkan - have created a hospitality experience like no other I have experienced. Starting with a seamless check-in, the LARGE, well-appointed room with a super comfy bed, crisp-clean sheets, privacy and quiet, and a spotlessly clean bathroom, this family treated us like family! Let me elaborate: It happened to my birthday the day we checked in. We were just unpacking our stuff in our room after check in, when there was a knock at the door - it was Gulya with a chocolate-banana cream cake AND an exquisite birthday gift! I don't know about you, but I've NEVER been the recipient of any gift in any hotel I've stayed in - this was such a special and warm touch! It required them to (a) note my birthdate from my passport, and (b) scramble (I'm sure) to make my birthday special! The caring didn't stop there - at breakfast every morning, they would ply us with fresh fruit, dry fruit, eggs, local delicacies, coffee/tea of our choice freshly brewed, AND warm smiles, conversation, and gracious hospitality. We have never experienced such kindness and caring - WELL DONE, Gulya, Erkan, and Shukhrat. It has been an ABSOLUTE pleasure and my wife and I cannot thank you enough. DO NOT HESITATE to book your stay here - you will not regret it!

Nothing. EVERYTHING was perfect!

We chose Hotel Times based on its reviews, and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel: A new build with all the modern features. The air con was great. Room and bathroom: The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was big, beautifully designed and modern. Team: Wonderful hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Erkin even chased us down the street to tell us we’d missed a turn. They’d been watching to make sure we didn’t get lost! Breakfast: Amazing, and different every day. Gulya cooked it all, and Erkin served us with such care. The dining area is peaceful, and coffees were made to order as soon as we came down. Erkin always remembered our preferences and offered refills quickly. Restaurants: They recommended and booked a restaurant for us every night, and every one was fantastic. Location: Quiet and away from the full hustle and bustle, but only a minute or so from being right in the thick of it. Extras: Laundry service was great, super quick and cheap. The hotel driver was so kind and went out of his way to help with our luggage on the way to the airport. Communication: Excellent English and great communication throughout. Anyone going to Bukhara, you would be really happy if you stayed here, it made the holiday extra special
