La ubicación la terraza y que estaba muy completo en utensilios de la cocinas. La cama de la habitación principal muy cómoda

Super appart et super situation. On avait déjà testé l'appartement d'à côté qui est géré par la même agence et celui-là est encore mieux.
Le lit est complètement défoncé et sens l'urine. Ce problème a déjà été signalé plusieurs fois par d'autres utilisateurs et le nécessaite n'avait pas été fait. C'est dommage. J'ai signalé le problème et on m'a dit très poliment qu'on allait le signaler au propriétaire ce qui m'a laissé avec le sentiment que le remplacement du matela ne sera pas fait.

The location is great. Sea view from the terrace, the path to the shore is close, really takes 5 min to go down to the water. Very helpful staff, if contacting them directly with any questions. A private parking, very convenient to bring the luggage from the car to the apartment via the yard.
The sink tap in the bathroom spills the water everywhere. The heaters had the buttons near the power sockets and we spent some time to find out how to turn those on. The owners requested to wash the dishes, but there were neither dishwasher pills nor new sponge (there was an old one but covered with mold). Though after contacting the staff the goods for washing dishes were brought.

We loved everything apart from the check-in.
The key code is sent via a link . The wrong link was sent ! A long list of do’s and dont’s is sent , listing out amounts charged for example, not taking out the rubbish is €30 . It could have been said in a more amicable way. Important information was not sent. There is no phone number so there is a time delay between messaging and receiving a reply. There was no information folder.
