A stunning property inside and out. The garden is wonderful, bigger than the photos show. The air con worked well. Lots of reviews mention the approach, yes it's a track but it's completely manageable.
As others have mentioned there were a lot of ants. These were confined to outside and the entrance area - none in the living area or bedrooms. Not a huge surprise in the summer given the location and as long as you're not squeamish about creepy crawlies it's ok. One of the bathrooms only had a handheld shower.

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön! Sehr ruhig gelegen im grünen Barranco, erreicht man trotzdem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in recht kurzer Zeit. Besonders toll: nach Las Palmas braucht man nur 20 min Fahrzeit! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Geschirr und Besteck ist nur wenig vorhanden, so dass man alles nach jeder Mahlzeit abwaschen muss.

Very spacious, very green, Armando is super nice, would totally recommend to come here
We went in March and the property is on the northern side of the island so it’s always a bit colder and rainier than on the southern side but that’s just something to have in mind
