location is great, near to supermarkets and cafes and the bus stop and 15min walk to the ferry port that takes you to the island of mujeres
sofas were not comfortable to laze around on. No aircon in living room, only a fan

Confortable y segura. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Cercanía al centro de Cancún un Uber no me costó más de $4 USD. Cerca de paradas de autobuses si quieres tomar autobuses para llegar al centro y conectar con la terminal ADO. Aire acondicionado excelente, wireless de alta velocidad. No lo use para trabajar, pero corría bien. Garrafones para agua potable disponibles. Hay un dispensador de agua potable a una cuadra del fraccionamiento. El apartamento es tal cual las imágenes

WiFi was working well. There were opoortunity to use kitchen and make own food. We used washing machine.
Air condioner was old and very noisy. In kitchen were just minimum things.
