Lovely one bedroom apartment nearby Ponte Vecchio

Super Lage, sehr schöne Räume, es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das einzige Problem war der Schlüssel für die Wohnungstür. Er hat nur in einer ganz bestimmten Position die Tür entsperrt und man musste Geduld und Zeit dafür mitbringen. Der Schlüssel sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden.

the location was very central on a quiet street, the apartment slept 3 comfortably and was a beautiful classic Italian space. The AC worked and it was comfortable on our super hot visit.

The key exchange was a problem I hope they'll fix. I told the company my train arrived at 7:45 and so we'd be there around 8, but they set the meeting time for 8:15, even though I knew it wouldn't take us half an hour to walk there. (We arrived at 8:05). Then they were 5 minutes late with the keys. Then, the keys didn't work, the person told us they're sticky keys and so he went back to the office to get the new set. We had dinner reservations at 9pm so this was stressful after a long day on the train. We finally get inside and are rushing to get out the door and we realize we don't have any of the keys. The representative had taken all 4 keys - 2 sets - back with him. Everyone makes mistakes, but it was very frustrating. He met us on our way to the nearby restaurant to give us the right set of keys. He was very apologetic and I understand, but please fix that lock! Just replace it. It's not worth this stress. We would have to jiggle it every time we came back.

Great location, clean and cosy, responsive staff.

Close to all locations we wanted. Good size apartment. Bed was comfy.

Hard to communicate with office. Extensive wait time at apartment for entry. Lied to about availability of a washing machine. Limited kitchen and use of things like the microwave. No advice on rubbish disposal.
