Lage und der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Yachthafen waren sehr gut. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer sind schön. Schlafzimmer entsprachen de Beschreibung. WhatsApp Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut. Seine Kulanzbereitschaft war er sehr hoch.
Der Innen und Außenbereich ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und an allen Ecken und Kanten gibt es einen Wartungsstau u.a. es fehlt eine Sprosse in der Leiter am Pool. Im Haus sind vereinzelt Kakerlaken. Klimaanlage in der oberen Etage war ohne Fernbedienung und daher nicht nutzbar. Merkbare Risse im Wohnzimmer an den Wänden. Die Boden haben ein Gefälle. Der Grill war verdreckt.

We have been going to Gran Canaria for many years and have often walked around Pasito Blanco, wondering what it would be like to stay here... when this porperty popped up as being available we were overjoyed. From the minute we booked it, the communication with Cesar was perfect. On arrival day, Jose (local agent) messaged asking what time we were arriving and met us at the gate. The villa itself is amazing. Rooms are huge, 3 bathrooms, extremely well appointed and equipped kitchen with full size fridge/freezer. The pivate pool and garden was perfect for lazing around all day and the covered terrace is ideal for those that dont want to be in the sun, but still be outside with others. What really sets this villa out from the rest are the amazing views from the terrace. It was so lovely to have breakfast / dinner sat on the terrace with clear views of the marina and the ocean...absolutely perfect. Will definitely be back next year
There was nothing we could really fault about this holiday. Pasito Blanco is a little way out so a car would be recommended, but many evenings we booked taxis to take us into Playa Del Ingles or to the lighthouse with no issues in them finding us

Herrliche Lage auf das Meer und den Yachthafen.
Ebenfalls sehr gut gelegen für die tollen Golfplätze in der nahen Umgebung. Ebenfalls guter Ausgangspunkt für Restaurants an der Südküste.
Einkaufsladen 5 Gehminuten.
Der Vermieter hat gute Ausflugstipps und Restaurants angegeben. Ebenso sehr offen für Zusatzwünsche.
Im Moment sind an der Straße Bauarbeiten, welche man morgens lieber erst später hören möchte.
