Perfect location

Beautiful, quiet location and not far from the town. The view was stunning especially in the morning looking out to the farm and seeing some of the red kite birds go over. The house was well stocked and clean with plenty of towels. Their was plenty of room for the children to play their games.

It was advertised with a washing machine and there isn't one which was a shame as I was keen to get some washing done before heading back to work. Some of the mattresses were a little uncomfortable and the bog brushes need changing.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

Lovely house with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! The people in the area are really friendly too. The house is close enough to town, so everything you need is close by, but far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet. The host is really nice and communicates well.

There was no fence, so we were always watching our dog to ensure she didn’t run into the road. The grass was quite long.

Beautiful surroundings & location. Lovely size, bedrooms all beautifully made up & presented. Kitchen & lounge just what you’d need. Conservatory an added bonus, although very hot when we visited on a hot weather weekend.

Could do with some extra cobwebs/spiders dusting up. Maybe some nice pictures up as finishing touches. Dogs at the farm nearby were very noisy, although we didn’t hear them at night even with windows open.

This house was so homely, we had a really comfortable stay

The lawn out the front by the patio area has quite a sheer drop. it wasn’t a big problem for us but should be considered when booking for families with small children

The accommodation was spacious and clean.

The bed in the main bedroom wasn't very comfortable could feel the springs. Also bed frame squeeked everytime you moved.

Wonderful house, highly recommended!

Beautifully done out, plenty of room and very comfortable. the views are breathtaking and only a short drive to the beach. Lovely home from home feel and Angharad was on hand when needed. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very well equipped. Will definitely be visiting again!

Mooi vakantiehuis in agrarisch gebied.

Vakantiehuis op 15 minuten van Aberystwyth, midden in een agrarisch gebied. Mooi uitzicht en ruim opgezet huis.

Als je een lichte slaper ben, heb je wellicht last van het geblaf van de honden van de boerderij in de buurt. NB: voor ons was het geen probleem.
