The location was excellent with very nice views, the accomodation itself was very clean and had everything which we needed for a comfortable stay. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had.

It’s located near both Borth and Aberystwyth and so perfect for visiting both. Having 4 bedrooms was very good and there was a nice size lounge and extra room in the conservatory. Having a dishwasher was nice and the porch area. Nice friendly helpful neighbours. Nice views of the countryside. Nice and clean and comfy beds. Having the en-suite was very handy, as well as the bathroom- nice shower in there.
The garden was really disappointing- it was very sloped at the front, uncared for, broken bricks on the wall, the back garden was unusable, just a huge steep slope up, there was an abandoned BBQ and lots of odd bits of stone. Very difficult with a dog. Flying ants. Just needs lots of attention. Drive way steep and fiddly to get out of. Had to be very careful. Very noisy dogs on the farm opposite.
