We really enjoyed our weekend getaway at this hotel, located at the edge of the old city center just a 15 min walk. Has modern appliances inside, especially the rain shower was a bliss after a long day of walking outside in the cold. They also have new TV with access to online platforms such as Netflix, Disney etc. Everything went very smooth from the time we made the reservation until the check out.
Also, we we happy to receive nice recommendations from the owners about activities, restaurants and cafes.
The only downsides were that because it's an old building it has no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up the very steep stairs Also for me personally, the mattress was quite soft, which may not be ideal if you need firm back support.
Overall, we really liked the place and really recommend it.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at Romy & Travis’s place! Overall, we were very satisfied and experienced absolutely no issues.
We can truly say everything was great apart from these two things:
1. The bathroom and sink were quite compact.
2. While the kitchen amenities were excellent, the only running tap/faucet being located in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience, especially when utilizing the kitchen.
To conclude, we were highly satisfied overall and recommend this place to everyone!

Large historical building. Good location as only 15-20 min walk to downtown. Room was not very spacious but all we needed was available Good sized refrigerator. Super good bed. Walkable but also connection to the train station by bus 6
All fine but an extra shelf at the bathroom is advised.

Good location - about a 10 min walk from the main square. Quiet as in no traffic noise, though we were disturbed by the occupants of the room above us more than once.
Room nicely decorated, though communal staircase quite shabby.
Good communications from hosts.
Stylish new bathroom, though a rack for toiletries etc would really improve the shower - nowhere to put soap/shampoo/conditioner etc other than on the floor.
It may be a language issue, but I would not call this a suite - it's a room, with a unit in the corner containing a microwave/fridge/kettle/coffee maker. Suite to me implies a larger space with (I imagined) some living space.
Advertised as a garden view but this is mostly obscured by a metal fire escape.
I thought that nothing was provided on arrival re tea/coffee/milk etc - on the last day I realised there was a drawer underneath the coffee machine. It contained 3/4 coffee pods, 3/4 long life milk sachets, and one tea bag.
Overall still good value for money though.

The Bruge apartment is beautiful & in a great location, 5 minute walk from the city centre. The apt is in a lovely old building but is very modern inside with a really comfortable bed and big shower. The cleaner was very friendly & provided fresh towels when needed also there is a Carrefour supermarket close by & some cool restaurants which are worth checking out. We would definitely revisit in future. Thank you
The stairs is very steep & the carpet is slippy if you wear socks. The microwave is handy but a hotplate for cooking would be a good addition to the apartment.

Nice cozy room with an atmospheric interior. The kitchen is quite small but we were able to cook some simple meals. Location is also great - it's a bit aside from the crowds, but still very close to the historical center.
There was some strange constant sound from the wall, not very loud, but might be disturbing.

The apartment was cozy, beautifully decorated, and full of character — a perfect Bruges atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well organized. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, yet quiet and peaceful. I also really appreciated the easy self check-in and clear communication with the hosts.
Nothing major

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. Exceeded our expectations. Location a bit away from the tourist hub within a short walk to the main square was nice. Very good instructions on how to find the property and check in and out.
Bathroom and shower are very small, but otherwise adequate.

The bus stop from and to Bruges station was 50m away from the property
The ambiance of the property was amazing
The room is very clean, comfy bed
There was no options for 2 separate beds
My stay was very short, I arrived at 9:30 Pm and I had to leave the following morning and the Checkout time 11:00 am
I requested late checkout as my stay was very quick (one night) and I needed the room longer to go back after morning walk and breakfast to freshen up to continue walking the city till the bus time @ 5:20 pm
They gave me the option to have till 12:00 which is the reasonable and standard time at any hotel .
Finally I checkout on time instead of wasting time going back to the property while I was so tired from long mourning by bus from and Paris

Thank you so much to Romy&Travis for a wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Bruges. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We travelled by car, with ample parking outside the front doors to drop off any luggage. There is a long term secure 24 hour car park within minutes walk if necessary for your stay as the street parking is max 4 hours. We stayed as a family of 3 (parents and 16 year old) and the interconnected rooms are great. Comfortable beds, a kitchenette with fridge if required, air conditioning and a modern shower ticked all the boxes. There is a big supermarket within 5 minutes stroll too for any essential. The city centre is very close, approximately 10 minutes walk to the main square with beautiful cobbled streets to enjoy along the way. This place is great value for money in my opinion and we will definitely stay here again when in Bruges and would recommend family/friends to do so too.

The room was beautiful with a nice view, and the location is just around the corner from a main street with restaurants cafes etc. that heads into the city center.
Not so much that I disliked this aspect of the property, but anyone with baggage should bear in mind that if you are on level 2, there are many stairs that must be climbed.

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The guesthouse is stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, and the peaceful location is just a short walk from the city center. The self check-in was very convenient — an electronic keypad at the front door and a key safe for the room made everything smooth and flexible. The hosts were warm and professional — we truly felt welcome. A hidden gem in Bruges — we’ll definitely return!
Everything was great!

While we did not meet the hosts in person, they were always at hand via text, offering to assist with anything we needed. The two local Belgian beers left for us was certainly a nice touch! The building is a short walk from the city centre and the sights. The accommodation was clean, and had a beautiful view of the city.
Not the hosts' fault, but the building is a bit old, which means that noises travel through floors and walls quite easily. Also, the AC is quite loud - easy work around is to leave the windows open for a bit at night to freshen-up the place, thus sleeping well without having to turn on the AC.

The location is a 10 Minutes walk from the City Center. The room was clean, the bed was very soft, the bathroom clean, but a bit run down. The house is direct on a mainroad, what can be a little bit loud, if you have the room in the front, but when the windows are closed it's ok. The housekeeping lady was a very friendly ,caring and attentiv person.
Parking for free is in 10 Min. walking distance possible.
The bed was to soft and that you have to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink.

The cleaning was not good, we found some spiders in the room and it was super dirty under the bed.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities to make your stay comfortable (dishes, cutlery, washing up supplies, dining table, good size bathroom). The host kept in touch and made themselves very available to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
Couldn't find a fault.

Easy short walk into the centre of Brugge - maybe 15 mins. I had a rental car and was able to mostly get parking within a block or two. They gave great info about parking options, eg Free Parking area 20 mins walk away. Carrefour just through the gate. The hosts were very responsive to any requests.
There was no shower curtain or screen so rather than make a big mess I had baths - not a problem really. The internet was a bit sporadic, seemed to cut out after 9pmish - maybe too many people on. I was there for 2 weeks and had to request a change of linen which I would have expected to be offered.

City center is within walking distance
The bed was uncomfortable and had bed bugs. The room and overall appliances and furniture doesn't match the price. I would not recommend staying here for what you pay.
The building smells old.

Location was perfect for me. Good room size with all the utilities i needed.
Bed to hard for me and the pillows not soft enough for me. I found going upstairs hard going as it was three flights of narrow turn steps.

Very nice room. Light and airy, really comfy bed. Also has a fridge coffee maker and kettle, with the added nice touch of coffee pods and tea bags, also some bottles of mineral water. Very close to the centre it was great.
Nothing at all.

location: close to the old city and to the supermarket; large clean room, kitchen corner with fridge, coffee express, water cooker, microwave oven.
not useful TV: without any programme (no signal), bathroom and toilet: fungus in the shower carbine, clogged sink, not fixed/moving toilet lead, difficult to close toilet door. Old windows (high level of traffic noise). Narrow and high staircase, no lift (difficult for elderly).
