Villa Vulcano by Calima Villas

spokojna okolica, dom idealny dla sześciu osób, podgrzewany basen, trzy duże sypialnie, w kuchni wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy (sztućce,talerze, szklanki, kieliszki, kuchenka mikrofalowa, toster, ekspres do kawy itp.)

Doskonały układ domu wokół wewnętrznego patio. Składał się z dwóch niezależnych części sypialnych co bardzo odpowiadało zarówno nastolatkom jak i dziadkom. Trzecia część składająca się z salonu i kuchni była przestronna, wygodna i dobrze wyposażona. Bardzo miły zestaw powitalny z winem. Wszędzie było nieskazitelnie czysto. Basen cieplutki. Okolica spokojna.

Grosszügige Räume, reichlich Geschirr sowie Hand und Badetücher vorhanden. Grosser Garten. 13min vom Flughafen erreichbar. Grosse Auswahl an sitzmöglichkeiten draussen sowie innen. Parkmöglichkeit vor und auf dem Grundstück. Grosse Schränke und viel Stauplatz. Grossen und sauberen Pool. Nach 5 Tage wurde Bettwäsche ersetzt und das Pool gereinigt.

Es war leider nicht dementsprechend sauber. Küche war nur grob gereinigt. Geschirr war leider auch nicht sauber und alte Gewürze sollte man ersetzen. Draussen sind die Sitzlounge sowie Liegestühle sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von 4 Liegestühle waren 3 Kaputt. Das Aussentor musste man Manuel aus und zu machen da es sich mit der Fernbedienung nicht bedienen lässt.

The villa is well laid out, living space is all ground floor which is appreciated. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and welcoming. On week 2 a cleaner came and changed all the bed linen and towels. This was a welcoming treat, I was not expecting it. There is lots to do in and around the island. Mini golf, gold, water sports. Lots of eateries and bars.

We stayed 2 weeks and while it was lovely we paid almost 3,500 which is over priced in my view. The villa is a fabulous size and we went on previous reviews as we wanted a good rating and at the time the cost really didn’t affect my budget. I felt the villa was over priced for several reasons. The out door furniture needs soft covers (they had none), the surrounding trees need to be trimmed as the leaves are all over the garden due to the wind. The couches in the living room need to be cleaned professionally, there were covers on them but it’s not costly to get the furniture professionally cleaned also. A pool table would be more welcomed than table tennis 🏓. The pool went scummy and green after a few days. It looked like the pump stopped working and the water became static. This was managed very well by the owners/company. I sent an email and the pool man was at the property within an hr trying to sort it. We had to ask for the pool lights to be left on in the pool as none until the pool was getting sorted (which only lasted 12hrs) as the outside lighting is very dimmed and it was nice to go for a dip in the pool after dark. The majority of your time is spent outside in a warm country, I feel this villa needs to invest some money into the garden. The barbecue should be at the back of the house where the seating is. It is currently at the side of the house, not near the outdoor furniture. There is no air conditioning so if you want a more comfortable sleep and prefer a cooler room temp this villa is not good in late July or August. The villa has large fans in all the bedrooms but it’s still super hot at night.
