About this villa rental
"Luxury Villa Cindy" is a luxurious, modern-style villa with elegant,
decor and views of the golf course, located in the prestigious Las Salinas neighborhood of
Caleta de Fuste, just a 5-minute drive from downtown Caleta de Fuste
—an area with restaurants, bars, shops, and sandy beaches.
Inside, the villa features spacious and bright rooms with large French doors that let in plenty of sunlight.
The spacious kitchen is perfect for breakfast with the whole family or a group of friends, and is fully
equipped with everything you need for cooking, making you feel right at home.
The living room features a large L-shaped sofa where you can sit back and enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TV with international channels.
The villa also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for travelers and remote workers.
The living room and kitchen area are connected to the bedrooms by a spacious, bright patio. In the center of the patio is a hot tub
where you can relax and enjoy the view of the pool and golf course after exploring the island.
There are three spacious bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the
living room that can accommodate two people.
The first bedroom suite features a private bathroom and views of the pool and golf course.
All rooms have large French doors leading to the garden and pool. Additionally,
the windows are equipped with shutters that allow you to stay cool during
the day and, at night, let you sleep with the window open while staying secure.

Having stayed at a number of beautiful and well equipped villas around the Golf Courses over the years I can truly say that this was the best. It had more than was needed and was spotlessly clean. As well as the usual things like Washing machine and Dishwasher, the kitchen had everything from pod coffee machine to a blender. Bedrooms good size and comfortable. A pool table is always a requirement for us but the Jacuzzi was a delightful bonus.
The location benefitted from having a car but it's not essential. We hardly left the villa it was that comfortable and we like to be around the pool well into the evening to catch the last of the sun.
On the subject of the pool, it was perfectly adequate for us but may be a little small for a larger number of guests with a few children.
The communication with the owner, (Katya), was excellent and immediate from booking through to us leaving the villa and 2 unavoidable issues that we had whilst there were fully rectified within an hour or so.
I marked 3 for online listing as it indicated that the pool heating was included but that seems to be an issue between VRBO and Katya on translation as close to arrival it was stated that heating would be extra.
When I pointed it out to Katya she reviewed the situation and honoured our original booking and the pool heating remained included. Top marks again for Customer service from her.
We would have no hesitation in going back there or to one of the other properties she has. Top holiday all round!
