Villa Hyc Playa de las burras

We stayed in this villa in Maspalomas for 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The communication was very clear from start to finish, and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful while still fully respecting our privacy. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the gas BBQ. Both were highlights of our stay. We didn’t use the swimming pool because it was a bit too cold in January, but the jacuzzi more than made up for it. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need, which made cooking easy and enjoyable.

Maison propre, bien équipée, située dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. La plage de Las Burras est très proche. Le jaccuzi est très appréciable. Le propriétaire réagit très vite si vous avez le moindre souci et se montre toujours charmant.

L'environnement de la résidence n'est pas très beau (terrain vague en contrebas et proximité de la route). Une voiture est fortement recommandée. Attention ! Il n'y a pas deux vraies salles de bain : la seconde est plutôt un cabinet de toilettes, avec des toilettes et un petit lavabo.

Absolutely nothing to fault about the villa. Everything was exactly as described, and the photos perfectly reflect the property. Customer service was excellent—when we noticed the electric kettle was missing, it was provided the same day. The kitchen is well equipped, the area is quiet and secure with a gated entrance, and it’s all within walking distance to the beach. Plus, having three pools to choose from was a great bonus!
