Good place for a visit to the area
Good location to visit many locations around the Bodensee. As advertised. Comfortable bed. Used tourist free travel card. Helpful staff.

Good apartment near Lindau and small town of Wasserburg.
Apartment very light and airy. Ok walk to the lakeside (if you are mobile). Only a 10 min drive to Lindau (which is lovely) by car.
Uncomfortable sofa. Old television with poor remote. Everything else good.

Wonderful Wasserburg
Wasserburg is very quiet town, which is a pleasant change after visiting a number of big cities. The property is 5-10 minutes walk to most things you will need ie Train. Cafe. Restaurant. Grocery & 15min walk to the ferry. Great place to wind down for a few days
A bit of misinformation regarding the key to the apartment, but was quickly sorted once we arrived & contacted Konstantin

Die Wohnung müsste aus unserer Sicht dringend neu möbliert werden.
1. Die große Couch ist aus unserer Sicht als Bett nicht geeignet. Die Polster sind durchgesessen, sowohl das entspannen am Abend als auch die Nacht auf ihr bietet keine Erholung. 2. Die Anzahl der Stühle im Esszimmer sind für uns ausreichend gewesen. Für ein Vermietung an 5 Personen sind diese nicht in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Ebenso ist der abgenutzte Zustand durch die Überzüge verdeckt. 3. Die Bettwäsche ist für eine Vermietung ungeeignet. Mit ihrem sehr hohem Polyesteranteil (100%) dürfte diese nicht bei 90 Grad waschbar sein und ist damit nicht hygienisch. 4. Im Badezimmer bildet sich sowohl in den Fugen der Dusche aber nicht zuletzt an der Zimmerdecke Schimmel. Eine Entfernung vor der nächsten Vermietung ist aus unserer Sicht dringend zu empfehlen. 5. Die zwei zu der Wohnung zugewiesenen Stellplätze sind zu schmal für Autos der Mittelklasse. 6. Die am Bodensee gewünschte Abgabe der Kurtaxe sollte durch den Vermieter gezahlt werden. Die Karten wurden direkt bei der Tourist abgehol. Wenn der Vermieter das Geld einsammelt, sollte er auch zeitnah (max. 1. Tage nach Anreise) die Karsten zur Verfügung stellen. 7. Die Möbel sind sehr alt und abgenutzt. Das Gleiche gilt auch für die Kochutensilien.

Fewo Wasserburg
Gute Lage, fußläufig nur 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, groß und hell. Die Küche ist absolut ausreichend ausgestattet, allerdings hat beim Eierkocher der Deckel gefehlt, so dass er nicht brauchbar war.
Die Fernbedienung des Fernseher ist dekekt und eigentlich unbrauchbar. Müsste wohl ausgetauscht werden, evtl incl Fernseher.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit
Alles war sehr sauber. Die schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat auf jede Frage zügig geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
